This place is pretty easy to go for typical deposits and withdrawals. They don’t offer full scale services like chase or big banks but I find it easy to bank here, never have any issues. People getting upset at this place are probably people that blame others for being broke and put on the surprised act at the counter. Do better and quit banking here then, wells fargo will surely treat you better! Haha

OK, WOW! Just wrote a one star review yesterday about my BAD experience with Sierra Central CU. They responded via my Google Maps review to contact them through their website and click "Feedback". DID THAT and I could not get connected or post further comments to them directly. THEY HAVE JUST PROVEN AGAIN HOW INEPT OF A BUSINESS THEY ARE! Terrible experience trying to open a bank account with Sierra Central. After a week of them making it virtually impossible to open account online we made an in person appointment. A completely inept woman from the branch on East Avenue called a bit before the appointment and asked exactly why we made an appointment and were coming in. I had been talking with a woman at corporate headquarters about how awful the online experience was and SHE made the appointment for us saying she would transfer all info. I just had a really great experience and wanted to rate here because usually people only comment about the bad stuff. It’s the Friday before a holiday weekend so I expected to wait in line for a while which wasn’t bad at all(maybe 5mins) and was greeted by a very friendly teller.
