I have taken my elementary aged son in to two different SCCU locations to set up accounts. The latest Kid Earnie Account was so fun! The team members who helped open the account for us were very nice and I even got a call the next day to apologize for the extra few minutes it took to open the account due to it being someone's first time opening one. Just like any other review. Avoid at all costs. They make it virtually impossible to open an account just like other comments have mentioned. Give your business somewhere else and support another credit union. The customer service is awful, Sergio, not to name any names. Acts like he's untouchable. I filed complaints with the BBB, with the NCUA, I mailed a complaint to the their headquarters in Yuba city, he wanted to act untouchable so im making it my mission to show him he isn't.
