They will literally charge you 10$ over the phone payments and charge you a fee if you’re using a different bank card to make a payment on your credit card.. which is kind of ridiculous when you’re just trying to pay them the money you owe them. Kind of silly, they changed a lot of things in the last few years with their website / accounts and how to make payments. I wouldn’t open up a credit card with this credit union - everything’s super difficult in dealing with them.
First off my car was stolen , Ali helped me (only individual who was helpful. Jessica & Pam and the uppers were not helpful at all. I asked to move my payment date, which at any other bank/credit union I can do at my own free will through an app (1 or two times per loan depending on the bank.) I’m leaving this review because they’re FEE central. Fee this Fee that. There is ZERO trust between employees/business too customers. Wait times on phones are long. It was my first time going in the branch and I was greeted by alida she was very nice and super helpful it was the best experience I’ve had at a credit union
