If I could give no stars I would! I went in excited because I wanted to refinance my car . I have great credit and was already 3 years into paying my car off! This should be such an easy process! I had all my paperwork ready and accessible! Again this is a no brainer for a reputable credit union! I NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM THEM ! NOTHING I sent several emails asking for the status of my application NOTHING !!!! I tried to call the only number they provide and I get HUNG UP ON!!!!! I heard about a grandmother who was harassed and told they’re gonna start charging her if she doesn’t start using the Internet to check her account… terrible people here
The reviews are bad for every location for a reason. Worst credit union I have ever used. They messed up the paper work several times, and it cost us time and money. Getting a hold of a manager is an absolute joke. Either they are in meetings, or you cant get a hold of them. When you do finally get to talk to a manager, they tell that they aren't a manger for that department and tell you call a different manager that you can't get a hold of. The manager for that branch was completely unhelpful. I cannot believe how bad this ... read more
