Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen I have been on hold for over an hour and Been hung up on twice . When pressing 1 to recieve a call back and save place in line they hung up the phone after one ring and left a voicemail, after calling back and telling the representative who answered that I was having service issues and couldn’t hear them they promptly hung up the phone and I am still on hold over one hour later . Im not impressed with the banks criteria/loan restictions/loan rates & that they charge high fees to pull cash or transfer money from a credit card & that there are so many restrictions/limitations using your bank card at an ATM machine, especially when traveling out of state. Seems like loyal longterm customers should receive more value & creative approvals. What happened to the loyalty?
Natalie was extremely helpful. She greeted me, assisted with my transaction and was very efficient. She gave me a card with the branch number and said to call with any concerns. Exceptional customer service.
Been banking here for many years and they're always been very nice and helpful. I love banking here as the online application is easy to use and takes care of 90% of my needs. From checking and savings to loans they are highly competitive.
If I could give no stars I would! I went in excited because I wanted to refinance my car . I have great credit and was already 3 years into paying my car off! This should be such an easy process! I had all my paperwork ready and accessible! Again this is a no brainer for a reputable credit union! I NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM THEM ! NOTHING I sent several emails asking for the status of my application NOTHING !!!! I tried to call the only number they provide and I get HUNG UP ON!!!!!
