Call center open from 7am-7pm. No one answers and says they are closed and to call back during those hours. 2 days of this and no number to actually speak to someone at the branch. Horrible.
Wouldnt cash a certified cashiers check without opening an account. They recommend smileys check cashing
This branch does NOT have any form of phone payment abilities inside.
I’m shocked that such a small bank can get away with such terrible management and lies to their customers. No tap cards, no Apple Wallet or other modern payment methods and to top it off a very horrible mobile application which looks like it was made in MS Paint on a Firefox Browser. This bank is stuck in 2006. Recently applied for an automobile loan and did the entire application, had a hard check ran on my credit and was approved, only after I took the hit to my credit score and wasted my time I was informed they ONLY work... read more
