Extremely slow at processing payments. You will think they processed a transaction and the balance is the current balance (it’s not). They process transactions 5 days later (not on the spot like other financial services). The balance you see is not the balance you actually have and you will end up having a negative balance because they are slow at processing transactions. The employees here at the Anderson Branch are so nice and helpful.
Horrible waste of time, blatantly failed to call me back numerous times over the course of several days. Multiple individuals gave me conflicting information all of which consumed hours of my time for absolutely no gain. Would absolutely avoid Sierra Central if your time or finances are of any importance to you.
My wife and I had 6400 dollars worth of fraud hit us through our account with them. The staff was nice enough but as far as the institution… do not do business here
I like the personal service and the small bank friendly ness.
