I like the personal service and the small bank friendly ness.
After being a member of this credit union for a few years, here's my take. Pros: - Friendly and very helpful staff at all branches. - Multiple branches which makes for easy access. - Instant card replacements. - They have an app.(More on this coming.) - Easy to transfer funds. Cons: - Long hold times when calling. - No 24 hour fraud department. Fraud department feels like you're being transferred to a scammer as it seems outsourced. - App is mediocre at best with no way to turn your card off if it's lost or stolen. - No way ... read more
Unfortunately it seems that the experience here is getting progressively worse. Ive seen 2 seperate "upgrades" and both have been unimpressive at best. The most recent upgrade has made their mobile banking much worse than it was, and it was already behind the curve. Not too sure how much more im willing to deal with as a member before switching to a different bank.
Do not use ATM here if using it for a card that's not sierra centrals, it can eat your card and they will shred it at the end of the day. They will not retrieve your card from the ATM for you.
