Worst bank I have ever used. Here is just a portion of issues I have experienced. -Card cancelled without my knowledge due to fraud and then money put in my account with no knowledge to cover the fraud and then remove when I told them it was not fraud. -charged fees for no actual reason multiple times - terrible hours, bank and customer service number closed on weekends Don't use this bank, I hate to say this since it is a local bank but there is no reason for this level of bad customer service.

I have been a member here for about 40 years. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. Jennifer has taken great care of us too. The car loans are very competitive and I've found the online banking to be reliable. I hope they never leave their downtown location. It's super convenient, the parking is free and close to the door and its easy to get in and out of. Top notch!
