Yuba City location has a terrible personnel assistance program. Especially the Credit Card department. I have been given serval reasons why they cannot seem to mail a credit card. It's has taken to date, almost three weeks to get the card replaced. Excuses such as, the paperwork was not submitted; we don't provide rush orders; we cannot find the tracking number, so a new, 3rd card has to be requested, etc, etc.
