I have been a member here for about 40 years. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. Jennifer has taken great care of us too. The car loans are very competitive and I've found the online banking to be reliable. I hope they never leave their downtown location. It's super convenient, the parking is free and close to the door and its easy to get in and out of. Top notch!

I would just like to say that I LOVE Sierra Central. I’ve had an account with them since 2013 and they are seriously the best. Every time I call, the employees are the kindest, most nurturing, easy to speak to employees I’ve ever encountered. I do my best keeping up with my bills but sometimes life happens and whenever I call to communicate, they make me feel like I’m talking to a family member comforting me. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Jennifer and the team over at Sierra Central in down town Chico. Jennifer is an absolute PRO when it comes to what she does, when I presented her with a rather complicated confusing situation for financing a new vehicle she had all the answers and basically took care of the entire process for me beginning to end. Going back to seek her services for a home loan when we’re ready. 5 stars Hands down best credit union to go through in the tri county area
