My young son and I had the most pleasant experience today having his bike repaired at Sierra Bicycle Werks. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and prompt. They seemed genuinely empathetic toward my son who was really hoping his bike could be fixed. The repair was done expertly, and even while we waited! Granted, it was just a tire, but arriving 30 minutes before closing, we did not expect such speedy service. I felt the price for the repair was very reasonable.
