Ordered a helmet on Feb 17th, emailed them on feb 27th with no response. Called them and spoke to someone who was very rude and found out they won't get it till next week and then they will ship it to me. They don't have a policy to let you know if they don't have the product and if they are waiting to get it. I assume by the time I finally get it, 3 to 4 weeks will have passed. Not using my new ebike waiting for it.
