I usually don’t leave reviews, but this has become a repeated issue worth mentioning. The person who appears to be the manager ( at least last time he said he is the manager he has Caribbean accent) consistently gets into long, personal conversations with customers at the counter, even when there’s a long line waiting. 1 open register for 20 person line. This is common here. Easily the worst experience on any line in any store in a developed nation. It’s madness
