Wonderful staff in every department
The store is super cool and a ton to look at BUT HOLY MOLY does it take FOREVER to check out. If I was waiting much longer in line I would have just left
The management at this store (Bellingham, WA) has poor attitude and lack of proper people skills. Today (4-6-2026 @ 11:30am) I purchased a fair amount of clothing and went to inquire about a possible discount on a pair of shoes that had looked worn and been returned. They were not marked on clearance. The sales associate called for the manager to come see about it.
