Was told today by staff that since Sierra was previously owned by a different company, it doesn't use the same p.o.s. system that the test of Marmax uses. Weird! They said they couldn't use my credit card to do a refund but still made me show them my credit card purchase. Seemed like staff was untrained and didn't know how to do a simple refund. The manager there was extremely rude when I tried returning a pair of sunglasses. She accused me of lying. I had the receipt, I just didn’t have the tag on them. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!
