Just had a horrible experience trying to do a simple return. They said their system was down and won’t be able to process returns all day despite their sister TJ Maxx right next door owned by the same company being able to process returns no problem. When asking the Manager Gage for any kind of solution he was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made absolutely no effort to help me.
