Had an employee follow my family and I from Sierra to Whole Foods because the alarm went off as we were leaving. I went back to offer to have my bag searched and spoke to the manager who handled the situation really well. The rest of the staff seemed super nice too! Just one vigilante cashier. Unfortunately, my spouse is fairly certain she was taking pictures of us (two adults and a child) too and the whole incident upset and scared my toddler. It was disorganized. I was looking at shoes. I had to search every aisle because they were not all placed by size. I finally found one I liked, but I couldn't find the other one anywhere. I found a tumbler I liked but the lid was missing.
