Sierra Trading does not back (return for refund) if the item is defective but the item has been used. If something falls apart ST says it’s policy to not return and the customer should contact the manufacturer. They just lost a customer.
Charged me 70$ for a 20$ item. I mean the charged me extra on a item that had a red tag. Unforgivable.
