Just called to find a pair of school shoes for my son. I’ve called multiple sierras, these are the shoes he wanted. I offered the item number of the shoe along with a description, (which is what I did with the previous 4 Sierras I called) before I could get the number out- the woman in the phone rudely said “I’m gonna stop you right there, I’m not looking at every single shoe for a number inside the tongue”.
