They forgot to take the anti-theft wire off the flip-flops I bought. It was pretty upsetting because I didn't want to spend another 40min driving there and back AGAIN. They also didn’t price match the exact same shoe that was just women’s vs men’s… so dumb Edit: I was able to take the anti-theft device off with a wire-cutter Edit 2: Have now had another item where they did not take off anti-theft device.
