I've been to at least 10 Sierras across the country, but we make this location a mandatory stop during any trip to Minneapolis (and particularly, NW of the city in the mass retailer shopping capital of Maple Grove). Very large store, but just like any other TJ Maxx umbrella store, inventory changes each visit. We've had better luck finding the occasional higher-quality brand at this location, however, such as Frye, Roark, Prana, etc.
