I went to their Cheyenne location looking for a specific product, I could not find it, I looked on the website and found it. I then looked for someone to help me find it. I had a hard time finding anyone! After walking all the way back downstairs, they told me it was a clearance item, weren't sure if it would be in the store, and recommended I order it online.
