Bought a shirt yesterday for my husband as we are getting ready for a Kauai trip end of May. Took it home and washed it according to tag directions and hung it dry. It shrunk-- big time. Took it back this morning and had a terrible experience with Connor, the manager at this store. He said since we washed the item it is store policy to not return, but he would make an exception.
