I USED to love this place. The whole operation is just sloppy now... I've had several times anti-theft devices are NOT REMOVED. I'll order stuff and then never get a shipping confirmation; Sierra just takes my $ and hopes I don't notice. It's a pain to get refunds from them for missing packages. Overall, the pricing just isn't worth the headaches anymore. They more often than not make things really annoying and I just can't support them anymore. Sierra stores are a rare treat as I visit them every chance I get when I travel. There are 164 locations in the United States, unfortunately, there are none in Oklahoma. It's a great outdoor store and sister store to TJ Max and Homegoods.
