There were a lot of options! This isnt the place to shop for plus sized people. The gear is great but the clothes dont go past mid-size unless you're a man of course!
Absolutely incompetent store clerks. I called to confirm the availability of a shoe on sale. The person told me they had my requested size and took my name to out it on hold for me to pick up. I drove an 1.5hrs from Maine to pick it up just to be told it wasn't in the store. When confronted about this, she failed to acknowledge her mistake or take any accountability. The manager that came did not apologize nor attempt to remedy the situation.
If i could give this place zero stars I would. The ‘manager’ (very lax use of the term in the company!) doesn’t know his own company rules for a simple return, doesn’t know how to answer simple questions on the phone, overall making the costumer experience terrible. I had to explain him his own company’s return policies as he was clearly unaware of them.
