I ordered a suitcase online and its been over 2 weeks with zero updates. Customer service says theres no way to track my purchase and whenever it get here it gets here. Just have to be out the money i paid for it and sit and wait. Cant even get a refund because its “shipping” but they cant confirm to me it is in anyway. Will never order online again.
