I’ve picked up ship-to-store orders here twice now, and both times an employee had to open my package and each item was sorted through before being handed over. The last time, there wasn’t a packing slip included, so I had to wait for someone to check the details of my order because they wouldn’t look at the order details I was trying to show them on my phone… regardless it still felt like it was being unnecessarily unpacked and checked in a way I haven’t experienced at other stores.
