Absolutely horrible customer service. They were contacted weeks ago requesting my w2 to be resent. I spoke with Diane explaining the urgency i would be leaving in 2 weeks for 3 months her response “thats not my problem”. Clearly a very miserable human who should not be working in any capacity with the public. If there were zero stars that would have been the rating just based on my interaction with this very unprofessional woman
