I came in for my booking and was very happy with the service I received. The staff member who saw me was lovely, welcoming, and professional, and I truly appreciated her care. However, while waiting in the reception area, I overheard staff members at the desk mocking and making fun of a client who had just left. This behaviour was absolutely appalling and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer. i got my eyebrows waxed by Rose today, they look amazing, she was so gentle and professional, it didn’t even hurt as we were talking for majority of it, i wasn’t thinking about the pain. thank you so much
I've been going to Sienna Rae for approximately a year, since I moved to the area. My regular treatments are usually waxing. The Staff are always so friendly and caring. I just love my appointments. Today I had the best, most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. Jacqui does a great job. Included as well as cleaning and polishing the nails, is a scrub, massage and parrafin treatment. I was walking on air when I left the salon.
