Having been a client with them for over 15 years, and having a fair amount of pension invested through them, I have been kicked out of their services as I didn't respond to an email from them within a certain timeframe, due to 2 x major surgeries (no phone call, just email). As I am no longer resident of the USA it appears to be impossible for me to be able to work with the Ameriprise central team. Not the type of client-centred approach I would have expected from them. Be warned.
