Front desk staff is incredibly rude. I’ve had not one, but multiple occasions where I was greeted with such short and dismissive attitudes when trying to make deliveries to residents. The place is enormous, yet they will refuse to assist with getting special deliveries to your grandparents while they sit behind the desk. What’s worse is they can’t even be polite about it — the attitude is completely unnecessary. Good starting place to work but do not come to work here if you want to work your exact position without being asked to help at other things. The job growth opportunities are terrible and the managing of the restaurants and staff are terrible . The managers treat you like slaves not real human beings .
