I have not received my State taxes nor do I get any information as the phone line is continuously busy, Turbo tax seems more reliable at this point don't pay almost 400.00$ for this service. I think made a mistake, I will dive over there in the next few mins. than inform you on the service once again. later today. Other Liberty Tax services are 99% better than this one!

So I contacted the IRS in regards to my tax refund because it had been a week since I have not received my tax refund ... when it says I have been paid out last week so I waited as directed from the IRS and called back. They continued to tell me there is nothing they can do as it has been paid out to the third party.... so I have been calling to get a hold of someone at the office and no answer I drove by the office to see if anyone was there and GUESS WHAT!! .... no one was there.... I'm not sure if she makes her own schedu... read more
