Truely desperate I suppose to leave this message here... We at Vicinity Energy, in Grand Rapids MI, are currently trying to contact Siemens for support with our Coppus back pressure turbine. While we were able to get a price quote for the parts required, all the contact information has fallen dead. All the phone numbers list as disconnected or go directly to voicemail with no replies.
