If I could give this firm a negative score I would. Ryan Rhodenheiser was hired to manage our HOA. From the moment he secured our checking account*A YEAR AGO* he has been completely unavailable. We have never once received a statement and our landscaper had to threaten to sue for nonpayment. We are currently filing a complaint with the NC state bar against Mr Rhodenheiser for breach of contract. For all we know he has spent every dollar in our account. SHADY FIRM-BEWARE!!!!!
