If I can give no stars I would. Here is why: 1. Richard lead me to believe he was polite using Ms. Johnson when I asked him to call me Lita. 2. Had his colleague - Kyle chase him down because he NEVER answered my call when I needed him. Took forever to answer to emails. 3. Lack of empathy. Especially for a female.
