Worst experience. I called to seek legal advice, to even see if I had a case or not because I really was not sure, and I don't hold it against them for not taking my "case" but again I just wanted some advice on the matter. However the girl who took my information was so rude. She asked a question that I did not understand, so I said I wasn't sure what she was asking and she raised her voice at me.
