Paid Retainer, No Service, Weeks of No Response” I had a very disappointing experience. I initially contacted this office in December to ensure there would be ample time to prepare my tax return well ahead of the deadline. I was asked to pay a $1,000 retainer before even receiving access to the document portal, which I did promptly in good faith. This is my second year with Rebecca and I will be seeing her until the day she retires (hopefully not anytime soon)!! She is amazing at what she does. She ended getting my family back twice what the online programs say. She took me in and has treated my family and I like her own. Some reviews complain about her not telling her prices but she bases prices on each individual situation and how much time/effort goes into each case. I highly recommend Rebecca if she is taking on new clients.

I wouldn’t even bother with getting your taxes done here if I were you! This woman is one of the most evil woman I have ever met. She took advantage of my immigrant parents for countless year and was constantly making mistakes on our tax returns. I’m so glad I didn’t do my tax here with this horrible lady. I just talked to her over the phone to make appointments and asked her how much she charge for service…God she literally hang up the phone on me by saying she canceled the appointment. What’s wrong with asking price for service? She just doesn’t have to tell me the price but there is always a better way to communicate with your customer.
