We absolutely love all the staff at Sidney Care Home! Mom loves the variety of activities! They really go out of their way to include residents of all abilities in community activities.
Our dad was at Sidney Care Home for almost 4 years and our whole family was touched by the compassion, respect, and patience that everyone there showed not only Dad, but all of the other residents as well. Placing your loved one in a care facility is an overwhelming experience and it was the sense of family that we all felt at Sidney Care Home that left us all with special and fond memories of dad's time there. Truly a special place filled with special people to whom we are forever grateful.
Unfortunately my grandmother did not fair well in this space. I would not recommend to any family.
Friendly and committed staff. Very informed of their patients needs and care. It's clean and well maintained. The court yard is relaxing to sit in during summer months.
Excellent staff and level of care. Responsive management. Sidney Care Home has a consistent and high level of care. They listen and adapt to the requests of residents’ families. This is a unique attribute of their senior staff and it’s reflected throughout their organization. I myself was most impressed with the way responded to feedback. They are truly a learning organization.
