They have very poor management and extremely slow responses. All they seem to care about is money, not providing proper service to their clients. You constantly have to chase them just to get a response, and they clearly do not understand time sensitivity or respect other people’s time. I wish there were an option to give negative stars. Be very careful they will charge thousands of dollars for normal traffic tickets.
I am extremely disappointed with the management and lack of service here. Despite paying all fees upfront as requested, they have failed to maintain my case files. When I requested my transcripts and documents, I was told they didn't have them and that I would need to pay an additional $400–$500 to order them online myself. To make matters worse, the staff is now dodging my calls. Save your time and money—I would give zero stars if I could.
