Despite paying a monthly fee I was constantly chasing Sidekick. Their model replicates that of big box gyms where the best clients are those that pay diligently and don't use their service. When I changed firms they ignored attempts to contact and now returns they did submit are being questioned for accuracy.
Chelsea went above and beyond to help me with setting up Xero and put things into a simple explanation to get the job done!
