Last week I called the store to see if they could take a look at my brakes on my new E bike as they were making a rubbing sound. They told me to bring it in and they would take a look. I was in and out within minutes. They did a minor adjustment and even took it out for a ride, showing me that everything was fine…the best part was there was no charge! My bike was not purchased there, but you can bet that I will be going back there for service! I was so impressed!! They were so honest and helpful and that goes a LONG way!
Great shop! I’ve purchased a few bikes here but they really shine with their customer service. I’m always breaking parts and these guys do a great job fixing me up with the right parts, quick turnaround, good service and fair price. Highly recommend!
Our experience at Side Hustle last weekend was exceptional to say the least. Our son is new to the sport of mountain biking, and we were ready for better equipment- but heading in with limited knowledge. The first clerk we met was Meghan. She was wonderful setting our son up on an appropriately sized bike. Two other clerks also joined in, sharing their love of the sport and really taking the time to listen to our needs. Super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and great prices. I called them and literally within a half hour I had everything I needed to upgrade the forks on my bike and replace the brake pads.
