Side by Side is hands down an amazing company to work for! Laura is an amazing person and is amazing at what she does! Small family owned company and you are treated so well!!! Been in the business for 7 years and this company is my all time favorite!!!

Worked here many years ago. Really amazing clients and good coworkers. The owner easily falls into the gossip mill and definitely has favorites but for what it is worth, I think she has a good heart and usually good intentions.

I once worked for this company. You won't ever find a better independent living facility they are so great with their clients as well as their employees. This company is the closest thing you will find to having a family setting. Lori and Kim are the best most understanding people I have ever met. I recommend this company to any and everyone, kids and adults will truly be happy here.
