He made a mistake on my tax return and refused to discuss or correct it. He emailed me that he would charge me another $50 to explain how to do tax returns and if I wasn’t happy with his service that I could use a different CPA firm next year. I was able to correct my tax return myself through CRA. Very disappointed in his shocking and rude response and refusal to acknowledge and correct his mistake. I referred a friend to this place despite having a terrible experience with Siddiquie last year. In 2024, I had a 6 PM appointment with him, but I ended up waiting until 7:30 PM to be seen. His office was unpleasant, and he never even apologized for the delay. On top of that, he charged me extra for claiming the work-from-home tax credit.
