If we could give 0 stars we would. The most unprofessional individual we have ever encountered. She has missed so many issues in strata reports that has led to us having to deal with significant property issues for over 3 years. Even our strata manager was shocked she has missed this and reported that she is KNOWN for being a horrendous conveyancer. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS GROUP!!! Save your energy, time, money, and peace of mind (which will be all affected if you do go with this gorup)

Shivani filled up the wrong forms (FHBC instead of FHBAS), in spite of telling her several times that I am eligible for FHBAS (for stamp duty/property tax exemption), she filed the FHBC form and now I have to pay property tax every year. She doesn't respond to calls or emails. Not recommended at all!
