I just called this company for info on a furnace and because I am not a dealer I was told to call somewhere else and Nate hung up on me. Would not recommend this company for this fact of rudeness!!!

I was trying to support a local business, but I was grilled on whether I owned a business in the trade (of which I do, I’m an electrical contractor). Mind you, this was for a paper oil filter. I have been doing my own furnace maintenance for over a decade, and I can’t buy a paper filter from here? I guess Amazon here I come. 🧐
