Weird. Aloof. I called numerous times over a couple of days. Had a few conversations. Basically got zero help, No updates, no call back, no business savvy, NOTHING. And I’m without AC and heat and he knows it. Guess he’s independently wealthy. I actually bought what I needed online for 45% cheaper and learned the part number I had was an old number and the company made a new part with a new part number. Today , 6-18-2020 , I came to the Poughkeepsie store to buy Amtrol expansion tank , I was told it was 162 dollars , I thought this was a very high price,I bought it then I went to another heating store , price , 87 dollars , what a rip off, same brand , I returned it, and , was given my money back, and, 19 one dollar bills, wow nice guy, will never go back to your store ; take advantage of homeowner, I could see alittle mark up , but, double , not cool , I plan on telling Everyone I know how great you treated me,,,,,,,
