Very disappointing experience. The staff came across as unprofessional and arrogant, and the communication was terrible from start to finish. I felt like they had no respect for clients’ time or concerns. Instead of being honest about what was happening, they kept us waiting without any proper updates. A little courtesy and professionalism would have made a huge difference. I left feeling frustrated and would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Very unprofessional experience. We spent a long time waiting for a consultation, but no one kept us informed about what was happening. In the end, we were told to come back another day because the consultant had already left. The most frustrating part wasn’t the wait—it was the lack of communication and respect for our time. If walk-in clients can’t be accommodated, that should be explained at the beginning instead of after making people wait for hours. Very disappointing experience. My friend and I visited for a walk-in consultation regarding our studies. We understood that appointment holders would be prioritized, so we patiently waited for over two hours. After all that waiting, the consultant left the office, and only then were we told to come back the next day because we didn’t have an appointment. Great experience!!!!! the staff was very professional and experienced the way they handled the case was excellent. I received super visa for my parents in less than a month’s time. Would recommend them for any immigration related situation.
