Booked an appointment drove 2hrs and arrived on time and was told I didn’t book the appointment although I know 100% I did with the same lady at the desk when I arrived and was told I could come back in 3hrs if I wanted to get an appointment!
Poor time management. Appears very unhygienic. Very dry air / i.e no humidity and makes you short of breath and can't enjoy massage. And the massage itself is extremely poor. Unlicensed therapists.
Booked an appointment and then drove 40 min to my appointment to find out they wrote it down on a piece of paper instead of their schedule. Bad business.
