Very dissatisfied, I booked a few hours before for a 30 minute massage and then after an hour was told the therapist can't do the booking because of 'other commitments ' ??, well if that was the case don't lock in the booking in the first place, very unprofessional.

Booked a 1-hour massage for $85, as listed on their website. When I arrived, I was suddenly told it would be $95 for “medium pressure”, even though no extra charges were mentioned online. I felt pressured to pay more just to get a normal massage. The experience itself was disappointing—I’ve had much better massages for $75 elsewhere. Fantastic!!! I booked a 2 hour remedial massage with Jess. She was incredible. Totally worth the travel and money spent. She provided just the right pressure on the areas I had knots, working them out like a master. The ambience was relaxing and serene. Walked out a new person. 10/10 rating all round. Would not hesitate to book again. Thank you and see you all soon.
