(Refund in progress-will update after refund get processed) I cancelled the booking 3 days before but I didnt get my deposit refunded. Called for several times, the first staff told me that I will get refunded in 2days and apparently it didnt. I called again but the other staff has told me that my refund has gone to myb”credit account” which I could use it next time. This was totally absurd as they haven’t mentioned it in the t&c.
I had a wonderful massage with Janie today. She eased all my aches and fatigue after a long weekend in Melbourne. I left feeling completely refreshed

I booked in for a 60 minute relaxation massage with hot stones with Pookie. From start to finish I was looked after, offered refreshments and asked if there were any areas to focus on. Pookie was exceptional and I've left feeling like a new woman! 10/10 experience. Thank you!
