Good service
I was very hesitant to leave this review as their customer service is absolutely lovely. At first, I adored their lash application. Although, I find that the lashes stop looking nice after a couple of days. I find I need a refill after a week. After my first refill, a whole bunch of lashes came off. I look after them as best I can and follow all instructions. The whole inner corner came off one of my eyes and I contacted for a refill only for the lashes she “retouched” to come off entirely in chunks, pulling out my real lash... read more
