Had an amazing massage with Ta she was very kind and funny make me laugh. Beautiful tea and was looked after like I was part of the family

I made a appointment for a massage at 4:30 on Google Maps. When I arrived, the staff told me that she hadn't noticed my appointment due to her mistake. I had even driven 40 minutes to get there, but she said she couldn't provide the massage because she didn't notice my booking. I offered to wait, and she said I would have to wait for two hours, and her attitude was really bad. It made me feel awful and ruined my evening. It was a very bad experience, and I will never go back. It was completely unprofessional.
