So I'm visiting from interstate and in the area and decided to walk in to see about a massage. A booking was made for me to return in an hour. I arrived 5 minutes early. Almost 10 minutes into my booking time, the masseuse had not appeared. Reception checked trying to find them only after 10 extra minutes to say that their previous booking had extended.
