Incredibly rude! I called to book an appointment at 7pm and even though they are open until 8 and their website said they have availability at 7pm they refused. I explained to her that on the website the 7pm booking was open and she told me to book through the website then and hung up. I tried to book through the website confused and they must have turned off the bookings for the day as suddenly there was none available. Incredible massage experience at Siam Balance while in Kiama on holiday. We bopped into the lobby and asked a local who was waiting for her massage. She said she comes often and provided us her recommendations, she sold us on it being a reputable place. Three of us experienced incredible 1 hour massages with hot stones implemented. Two deep tissues and one remedial. They went on top of us to provide deeper pressure during the massage. They have an emasculate spa upstairs with saunas, cold plunges and floating pods.
