And the worst part is that, just to get their attention, you have to leave hundreds of comments and reviews everywhere. Only then might they notice you — and even after that, they still do nothing. It is awful to wait for an order, receive the wrong product, and then have no idea whether you will get a refund. This situation is emotionally exhausting, and it also wastes valuable time, especially when you need the product for work.

They made promises and then completely forgot about me. They do not even remember what they wrote to me. Now there is no response, and I do not see any action or results. Maybe the physical store is different, but I strongly recommend checking everything carefully before buying. I would definitely not order from them online. You will not get a proper response, updates, or any real help. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.
